Pick Up (open)

With Alicia not feeling so great, Honoria had volunteered to pick up her little siblings instead. She'd finally sent a letter to Drake shortly before the end of the year, apologizing and getting him to forgive her. And she thought she ought to pick Glynn up to make up for the fact that she hadn't been home to see her off. So now she stood on Platform 9 3/4, waiting for Glynnis and Drake to get there.

"Ria" Glynnis announced with pleasure the moment she stepped from the train after it had pulled into the platform. She looked around and then asked in a disappointed tone "you didn't bring my new niece with you?"

Honoria laughed and pointed out, "She's not actually your new niece." Then she frowned and remembered, "Actually, I guess she is." She always forgot that Alicia had technically been her cousin, not her niece. But she shook the thoughts from her head, sending sadness down that road, and said, "But no. It's her nap-time, so she stayed home with Phe."

"Aww" Glynnis responded before getting over the disappointment. "Is it mums nap time too?"
