Personality:
Personality: Ciara is a girl who loves to be on the go. She is always at full throttle and picks up numerous bumps and bruise as she moves around life like a mini-whirlwind. She spends most of her time outdoors. Though without fail she will never miss a meal time. You just yell dinner and she is there. She loves water and if she goes past a body of water she feels the urge to jump in. Ciara is a very hands on girl who is not very good at sitting still. She has to be pinned down if you want her to listen to something for more than a few moments. Like her body her mind goes a mile a minuet giving her a short attention span. Ciara adores her little siblings. She rarely takes offense or gets angry because she has generally move onto something new and forgotten what annoyed her already. The one thing that can make Ciara focus is if your talking about marine life - she wants to work with sharks one day and dolphins and whales.
Likes: Her Family, running, fast rides, swimming and water, marine life, being on the go. Rugby!
Dislikes: Being forced to sit still, talking about boring things or thinks she deems boring, someone hurting her family.

Background:
Seamus and Susan Finnegan were a happily married couple. Ciara was born the third child of what would become six. She was born three years younger than her next eldest sister and a full five years older than the twins. Seamus and Susan had made the decision to go against the popular choice amongst their friends and not get a nanny. Susan was determined to be a stay-at-home mother and raise the children herself. Ciara was always a handful as a child and more than once made her parents briefly regret the choice not get help, though they never did for long.

Seamus owned and ran 'Finnigan Irish Pub and brewery' and the family lived behind the pub. A door behind the bar led to their living quarters. From little Ciara would spend a lot of time out the house. Entertaining herself in the covered yard behind the pub, down at the park or at the local swimming pool. She loved being with her siblings but was just as happy alone. Always finding a way to entertain herself.

The family was a busy, lively and loving one. Just like her sisters Ciara goes to a muggle school just outside Diagon Alley, on the same street as the Leaky Cauldron, as their father wants them to know muggle culture as well as magical culture. Not the same school as her siblings. She has to wear a uniform and she hates it because she thinks its confining and ugly. She is looking forward to attending Hogwarts next year.

What do you want to be when your older? I either want to be a marine biologist and work in an aquarium or I want to be a shark conservation expert and work on a shark research boat.

If you could change one rule your family has what would it be? That we aren't allowed to eat dinner outside ever.

How would the world be different if animals could talk? The sharks could tell the people exactly what they think of them.

What is the hardest thing about being a child? People thinking your cute when your too old for cuteness.
